When someone is allergic to wheat, then his body’s immune system overreacts to proteins in the wheat. If the person eats something made with wheat, the body starts to show it’s allergic reactions. Wheat allergy is more common in kids than adults, and many children seem to outgrow their wheat allergy over time. When a person with a wheat allergy has something with wheat in it then his body releases chemicals known as histamine. Such chemical can cause number of symptoms such as :

*  wheezing

*  trouble breathing
*  coughing
*  belly pain
